Conrad Orlando is the destination's newest luxury argument: opened January 2024 as the crown of Evermore Orlando Resort — the audacious redevelopment ringing Evermore Bay, the 20-acre crystalline lagoon (Crystal Lagoons technology: genuine white-sand beaches, swimmable turquoise acreage, kayaks and aqua-park inflatables on resort-guest terms) that gives Central Florida its only true beach-resort experience — and the hotel runs modern-Conrad polish against that water: 433 rooms and suites in warm coastal-luxe (lagoon-view balconies the booking move, the swim-up and family suites the flex tier), a 20,000-square-foot spa, the rooftop's Papaya Club (the adults' pool-and-sunset lounge over the lagoon), Sophia's at the Top's Mediterranean dining crowning it, and the ground tier's all-day rooms and swim-up bar feeding the beach economy. The Evermore context is the differentiator: the resort's beach club, bars, and watersports ring the bay (Conrad guests roam it), the Jack Nicklaus-redesigned golf course wraps the flanks, and Disney's parks run fifteen-ish minutes north — making the formula explicit: a genuine beach-day resort (the thing Orlando never had) with theme-park access as the side dish rather than the point.
